We were born in Lanzarote — and so was this project. A place where houses are more than just bricks; they are memory, landscape, and legacy.
We are driven by something very simple: connecting people with homes that tell stories. And doing it with common sense, transparency, and deep respect for this island that has given us so much.

Zeben comes from the world of construction. He knows every corner, every stone, and every technical detail that turns a house into a true home.
Ari is a lawyer specialized in the real estate sector. She makes sure everything is in order, that the fine print holds no surprises, and that the entire process is as safe as it is simple.

Together, we are a real estate agency that goes beyond simply selling or renting properties. We want everyone who buys or sells a home with us to feel they are in good hands.
